I think it is much more useful to assess the situation of the university as a whole Sarda:
- Wondering why the European average spending per student is equal to 9000 €, while in Sardinia / Italy is equal to 6900 €?
- Wondering why there is a University in Italy every 300,000 inhabitants in Sardinia because there are only two?
- wonder why the infrastructural School made 100 the Italian media, the figure in 2001 was Sardo 57.02 in 2007 and has even gone down to 53.43?
- we wonder why every 1000 inhabitants in Sardinia (25-64) have 55 graduates, while the European average is equal a 116?

E' certamente vero che l'attuale sistema universitaro ha tanti difetti e che vada riorganizzato e riformato, ma è altrettanto vero (cosi mi hanno insegnato i miei docenti di Economia) che non esiste riorganizzazione e ristrutturazione senza investimenti e senza rinnovamento!
Che senso può avere una riforma che riduce i fondi e blocca il turnover?

Mi chiedo come mai i due Rettori non facciano presente questo agli assessori competenti?
Mi chiedo perchè portino avanti una politica di assecondazione al volere di un paio di ministri?
Mi chiedo perchè portino avanti minacce in modo più o meno velato nei confronti di chi sogna ancora un futuro migliore per questa terra?
Mi wonder why confuse the defense of the institution charged with defending the constitution?

I believe that young people should be considered a resource and not an enemy to threaten. They studied for years and years, have gone abroad to form, often returned to Sardinia for the love of this land regardless of the cost-benefit calculation, often better than the ordinary curriculum that now threaten them.
