And then to talk about here is a quick recipe idea to eat the small fish to children. I was in freezer 3 frozen flounder. I have boiled for a few minutes in boiling salted water. I've drained and cut into small pieces. I waited for it to cool a little bit after that I slammed into a bowl 2 eggs (I think even an egg is good depends on the size of the flounder, if even a small egg is more than enough) with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese. I mixed it all (if the mixture should be a little 'liquid add a little' bread crumbs to the mixture. Shape into meatballs, mash the bread crumbs and then place them in a pan to fry them with some 'extra virgin olive oil. Time cook 5 minutes max, turn the meatballs into the pan to brown them and voila: here is how to eat the smaller fish (hake or plaice often bake in the oven but I do not like neither the husband nor her son but questo modo le hanno divorate!!)
