Tabloid, which I hope has finally reached all of you in spite of the biblical times of items, this is the year-end news letter, which gives conto delle iniziative e dei lavori dell’Ordine in questi ultimi mesi.
Innanzitutto, sempre nello spirito di iniziative concrete per i colleghi, abbiamo realizzato con la collaborazione degli avvocati Stefano Chiusolo e Maurizio Borali, dello studio Fezzi, il volume dedicato al contratto di lavoro, commentato articolo per articolo. Sono certa che sia un’utile guida e un compendio pratico da tenere sempre a portata di mano per districarsi con facilità nelle complicate regole che governano il lavoro della nostra categoria. Tra qualche giorno sarà possibile scaricarlo dal sito nelle sole parti che interessano oppure completo. Chi di voi poi ne desidera una copia, “a domicilio” scriva alla direzione dell’ordine (direzione@odg.mi.it) che provvederà ad inviarla all’indirizzo segnalato.
Altre iniziative sono allo studio per il 2011 e riguardano i corsi di aggiornamento professionale, i quaderni da allegare a Tabloid, il convegno .
Qui di seguito, il punto sui lavori in corso e sui progetti che intendiamo promuovere.
CHI SCRIVE DI SCIENZA E MEDICINA?
L’informazione che riguarda questo settore è sempre più di attualità, con un impatto emotivo importante sui lettori e va quindi affidata a professionisti preparati. Per questo il nostro Ordine ha deciso di sostenere l’indagine conoscitiva ideata dalla neonata associazione professionale Science Writers in Italy invitando tutti i giornalisti lombardi cui è capitato almeno una time to write about science, technology, environment, or medicine to respond to the questionnaire published on the site. The professional association was founded in Milan in early 2010 and intends to publish on their site, news, information on meetings and conferences. but above all to take stock, through an inquiry to be published in an upcoming issue of Tabloid on this important area of \u200b\u200binformation.
Among other things, some of the founders have helped make this summer two training courses on journalism di salute e di scienza per conto dell’Ordine dei Giornalisti della Lombardia.
CORSI SU GIORNALISMO E WEB
I corsi di freelance 2.0 tenuti dal giornalista pubblicista Daniele Cerra continuano a riscuotere un grande interesse. Per il prossimo anno abbiamo pensato a due distinte proposte: una ripetizione del corso base e un nuovo corso in una sessione di due giorni, intitolata “Digital video Web e Mobile”, in cui saranno affrontati argomenti di base per giornalisti che vogliono utilizzare gli strumenti digitali per registrare video, pubblicarli, lavorarli e trasmetterli. Il programma va dalla realizzazione e montaggio di video con dispositivi digitali di ultima generazione alla pubblicazione su web, social network, ecc. Il corso, for only 20 participants, is scheduled in the days of Thursday 20 and Friday, January 21 with the next 9-18 hours.
It also is always coordinated by Daniele Cerra, a freelance basis during the 2.0 to a limited number of 20 participants to be held instead on five Saturdays 19:26 February, 19 and 26 March, 9 April, the same way as the previous course: from 9 am to 18 full immersion at the PIME, in Moses White 94 in Milan (MM red line, stop Lotto).
The courses are free as always for the unemployed and the unemployed, and it costs € 30 for all others who wish to attend.

CONVEGNO PER IL 2011
Abbiamo deciso dopo una consultazione con il ricercatore Enrico Finzi, che ha coordinato e promosso le due ricerche sulla professione nel 2008 e nel 2009 per il nostro Ordine, di prendere in esame, per una riflessione critica il grande tema dell’etica e della deontologia professionale coinvolgendo direttamente i giornalisti lombardi. A fine gennaio partirà infatti una ricerca sui temi dell’etica, della comunicazione (pubblicità inclusa), della deontologia professionale, del ruolo dell’Ordine, che coinvolgerà in forma anonima attraverso un questionario tutti i colleghi lombardi (professionisti, pubblicisti e praticanti).
Conto, naturalmente, sulla collaborazione dei nostri iscritti, determinanti per il buon risultato dell’indagine che Enrico Finzi, presidente di Astra Ricerche, realizzerà per l’Ordine dei giornalisti della Lombardia.
COMUNICARE L'EMERGENZA. FONTI, PRIVACY, CRONACA
Il 24 novembre si è svolto al Circolo della Stampa l’incontro formativo in collaborazione con Areu 118 Regione Lombardia al quale hanno partecipato una cinquantina di colleghi della cronaca di varie testate della Lombardia. SCHOLARSHIPS FOR A SEMINAR FOR JOURNALISTS Capodarco WITNESSES OF SOCIAL
This year the Council of the Order approved the establishment of fifteen scholarships to attend the seminar "Beyond the Apocalypse", organized by 26 November 28 at the Don Vinicio Albanian community. It was attended by fellow journalists and freelance professionals who will give us account of their experience in the next issue of the tabloid.
OXYGEN FOR INFORMATION
Odg The Lombard has promoted last December 2 with the Association of Journalists Lombarda presentation to the Press Club of Milan's 2010 report on the reporters threatened edited by "Oxygen for the information." The report reconstructs a map of the journalists who have received threats and intimidation in all Italian regions, collecting the testimonies of the victims. Valuable work of documentation, bringing to the attention of the public and colleagues the reality of a phenomenon in our country is becoming alarming. On December 3, always at Press Club was held in Milan conference "Good journalism is in the news: Gigi Ghirotti and training of new journalists," also sponsored by the Order. An important opportunity to remember in front of more than 200 students at Catholic University the figure of a Sergio Zavoli colleague who called him "one of the most authoritative observers of postwar Italian life" and that his illness was able to transform into an opportunity civil commitment for the correct information. At the meeting chaired by Ruben Razzante colleague professor of journalism at the Catholic attended among others Enzo Iacopino dell'Odg president of the National Council, Professor Umberto Veronesi and Bruno Vespa, president of the foundation National Ghirotti engaged for more than two decades on the front of the terminal illness.
Alongside these cultural events and training, of course, the Order continues all its institutional activities, including disciplinary proceedings. Since we've established we have in fact examined so far 64 exposed. Unfortunately, the high rate of litigation in the category (and beyond), adding quickly determined by the new technologies, restructuring in newsrooms that have lowered the number of employees, the anxiety of being on the news, alas, are all elements that cause many exposed to the Order.
